Free Sample Delivery - Terms and Conditions

The delivery of a free sample of one of our products is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligible Products: Free samples are applicable to only Emulsions & Primers, including the Damp Proof Range.
2. Sample Quantity: Only one litre SKU sample will be given per customer.
3. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from housing societies and any relevant authorities before carrying out any painting work using the free sample.
4. Shade Samples: Each customer is eligible to a maximum of 3 shade samples.
5. Delivery Timeframe: The delivery of the samples will require between 5 to 8 days, depending on the location.
6. Personal Use Only: Free samples are meant for own use only and are not meant for resale.

By requesting a free sample, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
