Territory Sales Manager
- Location: Gulbarga / Salem / Chennai / Bengaluru / Kochi
- Department: Sales
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in Decorative Paint
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong dealer network of 50+ dealers in the assigned territory.
- Drive business growth and generate a turnover of 4cr annually
- Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales target.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
- Promote a complete range of decorative paint products including:
- Interior Emulsions
- Exterior Emulsions
- Cement – Based Paints
- Primers
- Waterproofing Solutions
- Distempers
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control.
Candidate Requirements:
- Total experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, with 2 years specifically in decorative paints.
- Industry Background: Candidates must be from leading paint companies like Asian Paints, Berger, JSW Paints, Birla Opus etc.
- Product Knowledge: Should have in depth experience handling decorative paint categories.
- Channel Sales Focused: Experience must be largely in dealer/channel sales NOT in Project Sales.
- Regional Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in at least regional language to the territory he is getting interviewed.
- Job Stability: Must have served at least 2 years in each previous organization.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication required.
