Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets of INR 30 Crores+ in the assigned territory independently and from the teams assigned.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team across the three states.
- Develop and maintain a robust dealer network of 40+ dealers, ensuring regular engagement and growth.
- Execute region-specific sales strategies to drive penetration in retail and dealer channels.
- Identify the need for launch of new products and successfully onboard new dealers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to implement effective counterstrategies.
- Oversee dealer relationship management, ensuring timely collections and achievement of outstanding fund.
- Conduct dealer satisfaction surveys to evaluate service levels and identify areas for improvement in dealer engagement.
- Provide detailed regional sales reports and insights to the National Sales Head and senior leadership.
Key Requirement:
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution, minimum 10 years of experience in the decorative paint industry.
- Graduation / Post-graduation degree in sales / Business Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in managing dealer channels and retail sales across multiple geographies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of paint market dynamics and customer behaviour.
- Fluency in State language will be a significant advantage.
