Pentasia Universal

Pentasia Universal is a premium glossy emulsion formulated with a special acrylic binder, nano-technology, micronized minerals, and fine-quality pigments. It is designed for both exterior and interior surfaces (concrete, cement, wood, metal) to protect walls against severe weather, UV radiation, high humidity, rain, and industrial pollution while offering anti-fungal/anti-algal protection and an 8-year warranty.

Mix 1 liter of Pentasia Universal with 10% (100 ml) of clean potable water by volume for easy brushability. Do not over-dilute, use thinners, or add universal stainers.

• 1 Coat Coverage: 160 to 200 sq. ft. per liter. • 2 Coat Coverage: 80 to 100 sq. ft. per liter. Available pack sizes are 1 L, 4 L, 10 L, and 20 L containers.

Surface dry time is 30 minutes. The recommended recoating interval between coats is 4 to 6 hours.

Step 1: Apply 1 coat of Snowcem Special CW Primer (diluted with 50% water) and dry for 4 hours. Step 2: Apply Snowcem Wall Putty (35%–40% dilution) for exterior/interior or Snowcem Acrylic Putty (undiluted) for interior only, and let dry overnight. Step 3: Apply a 2nd coat of Snowcem Special CW Primer (50% dilution) and let dry for 4 hours. Step 4: Apply the 1st coat of diluted Pentasia Universal Emulsion (10% water dilution) and allow 4–6 hours drying time. Step 5: Apply the 2nd coat of diluted Pentasia Universal Emulsion (10% water dilution) and allow 4–6 hours drying time. Note: Primer application is mandatory, and horizontal surfaces (top of windows, ledges) require 3 coats for greater protection.

Fresh masonry must cure for at least 28 days. Clean the surface free of loose paint, dust, oil, grease, or fungal growth using wire brushing and water. For old, friable, or difficult surfaces, a coat of Snowsol Stabilising Solution is recommended. Fill cracks up to 3mm using Snowcare Wall Putty or a 1:3 mix of White Cement and fine sand.

Yes, it satisfies GRIHA and LEED Green Building criteria. It contains low VOC levels (< 40 g/L / 13%) and is completely free from lead, mercury, chromium (VI), cadmium, formaldehyde, benzene, and phenolic compounds.

It has a shelf life of 3 years when stored in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. For best long-term performance, wash and clean the surface at regular 6-month intervals.
